Streamframe is a subsidiary of Streamline responsible for the development of the Streamframe application.

The data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in respect of this Site is Streamline Media Group Inc., a Delaware Corporation having its principal place of business at 410 South Rampart Boulevard, Suite 390, Las Vegas, NV 89145, United States of America.
The data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in respect of all the data that you upload to the Streamframe application (“Content”) is You.
“Personal information” means any type of data that can be used to directly or indirectly identify our Services users.

Section I – Information Streamline collects and controls
This part deals with how Streamline collects and uses information about the Site visitors, potential customers, users of the Streamframe application, and others who contact Streamline through forms or email addresses published on or linked to our Site.

This part deals with how Streamline handles data that you entrust to Streamline when you use the Streamframe application, or when you share any Personal Information with us while requesting customer support.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We may collect, receive and process any information, including your Personal Information, data and other details submitted, shared or exchanged in connection with the Services. You may provide some of this information to us, for example by filling in forms, signing up to access our Streamframe application or by corresponding with us. Information that you provide
Most content on the Site is offered without us collecting any Personal Information from you. However, there are a few activities on the Site where we may collect your Personal Information.
The following types of Personal Information may be collected, stored, and used:
- information that you enter when you want to contact us—for example, your name, last name, company name and email address;
- information, when you express an interest in signing up to access the Streamframe application or services – for example your name, last name, company name and your email address;
- when purchasing access to the Streamframe application, Streamline may also require you to provide us with the billing information, such as account holder name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Streamframe application;
- information contained in any communications that you send to us by email or through the Site, including its communication content and metadata;
- any other Personal Information that you send to us.
Streamline only collects Personal Information from you on a voluntary basis. If you choose not to submit Personal Information when requested, you may not be able to access certain areas of the Site and we may not be able to respond to your query (e.g. you will not be able to create a Streamframe account). However, to simply access the Site you do not need to give us any Personal Information.
Information that we will collect automatically
Cookies: We may monitor your use of the Site by enabling cookies and similar tracking devices. For example, we may monitor how many times you visit the Site, which pages you go to, traffic data and location data. This information helps us to build a profile of our users. Some of this data will be aggregated or statistical, which means that we will not be able to identify you individually. A cookie is a small text file which may be placed onto your computer (or another electronic device) when you use the Site. HOW WILL STREAMLINE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information submitted to us through the Site might be used for the following purposes:
to create and administer your subscription to access the Streamframe application;
to respond to your inquiries related to your subscription to access Streamframe application;
to personalize the Site for you;
sending you email notifications that you have specifically requested;
dealing with inquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the Site;
keeping the Site secure and prevent fraud.
We will not, without your express consent, supply your Personal Information to any third party for their or any other third party’s direct marketing. Also, no automated decisions or profiling are made while the processing of your Personal Information.
DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not share Personal Information you have provided to us without your consent unless:
doing so is appropriate to carry out your own request;
we believe it is needed to enforce the Terms;
we believe we are required to do so by law or to comply with legal processes;

THIRD PARTY CONTENT
When you are using the Site, certain content may be created or hosted by a third party. Streamline does not disclose your Personal Information to third parties serving ads or other content on the Site.

INFORMATION PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH SUBSCRIPTION TO ACCESS AND USE THE STREAMFRAME APPLICATION
Data we process on your behalf
You may entrust Personal Information for us to process that you or your organization control, to Streamline when you request technical support. This includes information regarding your customers and your employees (if you are a controller) or data that you hold and use on behalf of another person for a specific purpose, such as a customer to whom you provide services (if you are a processor).
Ownership and control of your data
How we use your data
When you request technical support, Streamline may have access to Content for the limited purposes of providing the requested support. You, as the data controller of your Content, are responsible for furnishing any notices or obtaining any consents required by law.
Who we share your data with
We may provide access to your Content to our employees involved in providing the services to you so that they can identify, analyse and resolve any errors. Our employees will also have access to Content that you knowingly share with us for technical support. We ensure that access by our employees to your Content is restricted to specific individuals and is logged and audited.
Retention of your data
We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use the Streamframe application. Once your Streamframe account is terminated, your data will eventually get deleted from Amazon Web Services by Amazon pursuant to all applicable laws and in accordance with industry-standard practices.
INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The Site and the Streamframe application is not directed to children. Streamline does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age (or above 16 if you are from the European Economic Area) you should not use the Site or the Streamframe application, and under no circumstances should you send information about yourself to Streamline. If Streamline discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided Streamline with Personal Information, Streamline will immediately delete that child’s Personal Information from the Site or the Streamframe application and preclude the child from further access.

We employ industry standard techniques and maintain appropriate safeguards that ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the Personal Information we collect from all users. For example:
