- who your information might be shared with.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
Most content on the Site is offered without us collecting any personally identifiable information from you. However, there are a few activities on the Site where the collection of personally identifiable information is necessary. For example, signing up for an e-mail, newsletter or contacting us.
Streamline only collects personal information on a voluntary basis. If you choose not to submit personally identifiable information when requested, you may not be able to access certain areas of the Site and you may considerably limit the services we can provide you. However, to simply access the Site you do not need to give us any personally identifiable information.
We care about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED ABOUT THIRD PARTIES
If you give us information on behalf of someone else, you confirm that the other person has appointed you to act on his or her behalf and has agreed that you can:
- give consent on his or her behalf to the processing of his or her personal data;
- receive on his or her behalf any data protection notices;
- give consent to the transfer of his or her personal data abroad; and
- give consent to the processing of his or her sensitive personal data.
3. INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The Site is not directed to children. Streamline does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age you should not use the Site, and under no circumstances should you send information about yourself to Streamline. If Streamline discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided Streamline with personally identifiable information, Streamline will immediately delete that child’s personally identifiable information from the Site and preclude the child from further access.
4. HOW WILL STREAMLINE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not share personal identifiable information you have provided to us without your consent unless:
doing so is appropriate to carry out your own request;
we believe we are required to do so by law or to comply with legal processes;
we believe it is needed to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues;
to protect our property, legal rights, or that of others.
From time to time, we may employ and share your personal identifiable information with vendors under our control who use it solely to provide support for the internal operations of the Site (e.g., technical support and network delivery). These entities will not use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose, and have agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal identifiable information they obtain from us.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Site and services. We currently use Google Analytics (usage analysis). You can review Google’s privacy policies to find out more at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

We employ industry standard techniques and maintain appropriate safeguards that ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the personally identifiable information we collect from all users. Personal information collected by us is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public and are only accessible by authorized Streamline employees, subsidiaries or affiliates. We also have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
If you request to have your personal information deleted or destroyed, we will take reasonable measures to comply with such request.

For example, we may monitor how many times you visit the website, which pages you go to, traffic data, location data and the originating domain name of your internet service provider. This information helps us to build a profile of our users. Some of this data will be aggregated or statistical, which means that we will not be able to identify you individually.
